Return Policy
At SweeperScrubberParts.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business, all returns must meet specific criteria and be pre-approved.
Return Authorization Required
We do not accept any product returns without prior written authorization. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@sweeperscrubberparts.com for return instructions and to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original ship date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned item(s) are received, inspected, and approved at the appropriate warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Batteries
- Diamabrush products
- Specially sealed electronic components
- Any part delivered outside of the United States
- Items shipped to freight forwarding services
We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item for any reason.
Final Sale
Unless explicitly authorized, all parts sales are final. We reserve the right to decline any return request, even if it falls within our general guidelines.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@sweeperscrubberparts.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide instructions.
- If approved, follow the return instructions provided with your RA number.
- Ship the product to the specified return address using your preferred carrier.
